Along with so many individuals and organizations across the country, Organizational Sustainability Consulting recognizes the importance of Juneteenth and supports calls to proclaim Juneteenth a national holiday. We stand in solidarity with the Movement for Black Lives. The events of the past several months have reminded us that every organization needs to lean into confronting bias and racism both historically and today. Every one of us, and especially those of us with privilege, must redouble our efforts to listen deeply, learn more, and stand up to confront injustice.
